Solutions · Case study
An invitation-only professional community brings together executives, recruiters and partner companies. Recruiters describe their needs in natural language, and AI search presents the relevant profiles and explains its choices. We designed and built this platform, and we adapt the model for other networks.

The network
The community is organised into themed spaces covering job search, interim management, partner relocation and events such as job fairs and trade shows. Members come back for these conversations. A weekly or monthly email digest shows them new topics and the most active discussions, and an email alerts them when they receive a message while they are offline. The platform works in the browser on desktop and mobile, as well as in the iPhone and Android apps.
Job offers are published in a dedicated space and highlighted in the categories, alongside upcoming events. Each offer links to the company’s recruitment system or lets the candidate write directly to the recruiter through private messaging.
Member profiles make the network’s skills visible to recruiters. Recruiter services, subscriptions and partner placements build on this activity and help fund the platform.
The team running the network manages invitations, groups, roles and moderation. Audiences, spaces, visual identity and access rules are adapted to each organisation. The Hub is built on Discourse, which we connected to profiles, documents and recruiter services.

Candidate workflow
Candidates upload a CV in PDF or DOCX format. They can fill in their profile from that document, then review and complete the extracted information. Their workspace brings together the profile, the CV and their career preferences, which they update as their search progresses.
They can replace the CV at any time and track its processing status. Recruiters can then access the latest uploaded version.

AI search
Recruiters phrase their request as they would to a colleague, for example a chief financial officer with experience of international consolidation. The assistant finds matching profiles and explains, for each one, the experience that meets the need. It also points out what the CV does not show and suggests points to check at interview. Precise criteria such as location are applied exactly, while AI focuses on analysing career paths and experience. Each result links to the candidate’s full record.
Search works as a conversation: recruiters refine their request with follow-up questions and find their previous searches in a history. All members have the same natural language search to find community resources.

Recruiter workflow
Recruiters browse talent pools by function, such as finance, human resources, IT or logistics. From these pools or from search results, they open a candidate’s record, access the CV and save the profiles they want to follow as favourites. They can quickly return to the candidates identified for a role and pick up where they left off.
Personal data and AI
Uploaded CVs are checked by antivirus software, then kept in private encrypted storage.
Names and contact details are removed from the text sent to the model for search. The platform restores identities in the response, for authorised recruiters only.
Named records and CVs open only after the recruiter’s permissions are checked, based on their subscription.
Deleting an account removes the CV, profile and associated search data together. These requests are reapplied if a backup has to be restored.
The Hub runs on a European architecture for hosting, storage, backups and language models, from Mistral AI in this project. Search supports recruiters, who remain responsible for reviewing applications and making decisions. This contributes to the human oversight expected under the AI Act.
Business model
Recruiter subscriptions fund the service. Partner placements, offered as an option, can provide additional revenue.
Recruiters choose their plan and subscribe online. Stripe handles payment and renewal, and access rights start or stop with the subscription.
Companies supporting the network can have sponsored placements suited to desktop and mobile. Self-hosted Matomo tracks impressions and clicks for each campaign.
We handle deployment, operations, backups and monitoring, and can also provide hosting. The client chooses the level of maintenance, from technical maintenance only to full administration of the platform.
