Contact form
The information you send (name, email, organisation if provided, subject, message) is used only to handle your request and reply to you. Where available, the site language, the page you arrived on, the page from which you opened the contact form, the referring site and the campaign parameters of the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) are recorded with it, to know which channel requests come from.
Only the organisation is optional. Without the other details, the request cannot be handled.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical data from your browser, including your IP address, and stores a technical token in it, to detect and block bots. Cloudflare also uses this data to improve its detection.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering the requests we receive, knowing where they come from and protecting the form against abuse.
Recipients and hosting
Within Surikai engineering, only Jérôme Moureaux has access to the requests received. Requests are processed using services provided by Cloudflare, notably for the website and email notifications. The database in which they are stored is located in the European Union. Cloudflare and our email provider act as processors in handling these requests. The content of your request is neither sold nor shared with other organisations for their own purposes.
As Cloudflare is a US company, transfers to the United States are possible. They are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision) or, failing that, by standard contractual clauses, available in Cloudflare's data processing addendum.
Retention
Data relating to contact requests is retained for three years from the date each request is received, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses neither cookies nor audience measurement.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, ask for its processing to be restricted, or object to it. To do so, use the contact form (subject “Personal data and legal notice”) or write to privacy@surikai.fr.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
