When the standard features of an HCM or WFM solution do not properly cover a specific need, we build what is missing: an interface with HCM, payroll or an operational system, targeted automation, a simulation tool or automated testing of business rules. Our experience in HCM and WFM consulting helps place this development within the existing architecture and estimate its maintenance cost before committing to it. The simulator used in the Value Engineering method is one example of such a custom-built tool.

A professional community or association, a partner space or a knowledge base brings people together around discussions, resources and events. We design these collaborative solutions on the Discourse platform: we configure spaces, groups and access rules, then build the adaptations that are needed, from visual identity to AI search and connections with the organisation’s tools. The community can remain open to everyone or restrict access to its members, with registration and, where needed, subscriptions.
