The Career & Mobility Hub
A professional community, candidate profiles and recruiter services on a single platform. We adapted a collaboration platform (Discourse) to enable secure management of profiles and CVs. Recruiters search profiles in plain language, through AI search built on Mistral AI models. Answers also suggest points to explore at interview. Personal data protection shaped the design: CVs are pseudonymised before any AI processing.
Recruiter subscriptions sold online and paid partner spaces complete the business model.

Jérôme Moureaux is an engineer. He began as a project manager on the client side, at Schlumberger (now SLB) and Gemalto (now Thales Digital Identity and Security). He then moved to ERP (HCM and WFM) software vendors, rising from consultant to director at Infor Software, then joining Zebra Technologies. With over 20 years in HR systems, he connects business needs with technology, knowing both sides of the table.
